Hun var i en sommers\u00e6son vaskerikone p\u00e5 badehotellet Jeckels hotel i Gl. Skagen og var herefter hjemmeg\u00e5ende husmoder.<\/p>\n<p>Lilly blev gift med fisker Johannes den 8. september 1940 i Tolne kirke. Lilly og Johannes, som var esbjergenser, og som fiskede fra Skagen, m\u00f8dte sikkert hinanden i Skagen.<\/p>\n<p>Efter \u00e6gteskabet bosatte Lilly og Johannes sig p\u00e5 Havnevej 6 A i Skagen, flyttede til Tolne og herfra til Lendum i 1943. Sofus Alfred Andersen (1898-1973) og Ingeborg G\u00f8gsig \u2013 Nielsen (1901-1987) k\u00f8bte netop det \u00e5r et toetagers hus med god plads i \u00d8stergade 19 (nu Sk\u00e6rumvej) i Lendum.<\/p>\n<p>Sofus, Ingeborg og b\u00f8rn flyttede ind i stueetagen og Lilly, Johannes og b\u00f8rn i overetagen.<\/p>\n<p>Udover at v\u00e6re husmoder tog Lilly ofte arbejde i roerne om sommeren p\u00e5 en n\u00e6rliggende g\u00e5rd. Desuden strikkede og syede hun t\u00f8j til b\u00f8rnene.<\/p>\n<p>I december 1955 kom Johannes ud for en ulykke p\u00e5 havet. Den nederste del af det ene ben blev mast, amputeret og m\u00e5tte erstattes med en protese i tr\u00e6, som kunne tages af og p\u00e5.<\/p>\n<p>Johannes m\u00e5tte stoppe som fisker, kom til at flette peddigr\u00f8rskurve i eget hjem og blev omskolet til vodbinder. Han k\u00f8bte en knallert og blev ansat hos Ivar Christensens vodbinderi i Strandby. Firmaet hed I.C. Trawl.<\/p>\n<p>I begyndelsen k\u00f8rte Johannes p\u00e5 knallert til og fra arbejdet i al slags vejr, men i april 1960 k\u00f8bte Johannes og Lilly et toetagers hus p\u00e5 Munkevej 4 i det lille fiskerleje Strandby.<\/p>\n<p>Knallerten blev skiftet ud med en handicapbil. Johannes tog k\u00f8rekort og\u00a0 familien blev taget med p\u00e5 s\u00f8ndagsture.<\/p>\n<p>Lilly og Johannes fik 12 b\u00f8rneb\u00f8rn: Paw, Rikke, Lotte, Nick, Kim, Klaus, Liselotte, Heidi, Jesper, Jonas, Juliane, og Johanne.<\/p>\n<p>Efter Johannes d\u00f8d blev Lilly boende i huset p\u00e5 Munkevej indtil 1989. Hun flyttede herefter i lejlighed i et hus, som datteren Lone og hendes mand k\u00f8bte p\u00e5 Strandvej 37.<\/p>\n<p>Lilly fik 25 oldeb\u00f8rn og strikkede hele livet str\u00f8mper og h\u00e6klede hagesm\u00e6kker til b\u00f8rne- og oldeb\u00f8rn. Som husmoder var hun v\u00e6ldig god til at lave kiksekage samt v\u00e6ldig god til at bage \u201drutebiler\u201d og brune og hvide lagkager til jul!<\/p>\n<p>Hos Lilly og Johannes spiste man naturligvis ofte fisk. Det var her s\u00f8s- kendeb\u00f8rn l\u00e6rte at spise fisk i sommerferier hos moster Lilly og onkel Johannes i Strandby! Stemningen var altid god!<\/p>\n<p>Lilly d\u00f8de den 8. april 2007.
