Han er s\u00f8n af mejeriforpagter Otto Rudolf Emanuel Stinus Nielsen G\u00f8gsig og hustru Susanne Margrethe G\u00f8gsig Nielsen (f\u00f8dt Isaksen) fra Holstebro. De var begge to uddannet som mejerister.<\/p>\n<p>Svend voksede op p\u00e5 mejeriet sammen med sine to s\u00f8skende Jutta og Ulla. I december 1916 k\u00f8bte Otto mejeriet men d\u00f8de samme \u00e5r (6. december 1916). Svend var da ca. 3\u00bd \u00e5r.<br \/>\nOttos broder Theodor G\u00f8gsig Nielsen hjalp Margrethe, og blev bestyrer af mejeriet. Ved folket\u00e6llingen 1916 og 1921 bor Margrethe stadig sammen med de tre b\u00f8rn Jutta, Svend og Ulla i S\u00f8ndergade 11, i k\u00f8bstaden Holstebro.Margrethe s\u00e6lger S\u00f8nderland mejeri i 1925. P\u00e5 det tidspunkt var Svend 12 \u00e5r.<\/p>\n<p>Margrethe og b\u00f8rnene flyttede herefter til Tuen, hvor Ottos broder Holm G\u00f8gsig boede. Ved folket\u00e6llingen i 1930 er det dog kun Margrethe der bor i Tuen, b\u00f8rnene er flyttet hjemme fra.<br \/>\nP\u00e5 Tuen mejeri startede Svend sandsynligvis sin karrierer indenfor mejeribrug.<\/p>\n<p>Af de mange anbefalinger og beviser Svend har f\u00e5et gennem tiden fra de forskellige mejerier, kan man udlede, at Svend med en alder p\u00e5 bare 16 \u00e5r g\u00e5r i l\u00e6re som mejerist p\u00e5 Hjarn\u00f8 Andelsmejeri ved Horsens (den 1\/5 1929). Svend har nu brug for en anbefaling fra sin skoletid, den f\u00e5r han af Kommunel\u00e6rer S. Loth Danielsen i Holstebro. Herefter er han p\u00e5 mejeri Gr\u00f8ndal pr. Gadbjerg fra den 1\/11 1930, og til sidst p\u00e5 andelsmejeri Sk\u00e6rum (Vemb) fra 1\/5 1932. Her f\u00e5r Svend d. 1. maj 1933 sit L\u00e6rebrev, og han er nu 20 \u00e5r.<br \/>\nI perioden fra 1\/5 1933 til 1\/9 1938 arbejder Svend p\u00e5 mejerierne: Klakring mejeri, Lydum Andelsmejeri, Elkj\u00e6rslund Andelsmejeri og Faster Andelsmejeri.<br \/>\nSvend tager herefter et 8 m\u00e5neders mejerikursus p\u00e5 Ladelund mejeriskole ved Br\u00f8rup, hvor han f\u00e5r afgangsbevis d. 27\/4 1939.<br \/>\nHerefter arbejder Svend p\u00e5 mejerierne Trekl\u00f8ver pr. Ringk\u00f8bing, Thorsted mejeri pr. Tim og Faster Andelsmejeri Astrup pr. Skjern som han forlader den 1\/5 1941.<\/p>\n<p>Det var p\u00e5 det tidspunkt, hvor Svend arbejdede p\u00e5 Klakring mejeri, at Ingeborg Marie Pedersen og Svend begyndte og komme sammen. Ingeborg bliver f\u00f8dt i Klakring den 12. oktober 1914. For\u00e6ldrene er G\u00e5rdejer i Klakring Johannes Pedersen og hustru Kirstine Marie J. Jensen.<br \/>\nSvend og Ingeborg har kendt hinanden fra de var en 12 -14 \u00e5r. Men begyndte f\u00f8rst at komme sammen da de var omkring 30. Svends s\u00f8ster Ulla og Ingeborg er nogenlunde j\u00e6vnaldrende, og de holdt altid meget sammen, s\u00e5 de har sandsynligvis ogs\u00e5 g\u00e5et i skole sammen.<\/p>\n<p>Den 3. december 1944 blev Svend gift med Ingeborg Marie Pedersen i Klakring kirke. \u00c5ret efter f\u00e5r de en s\u00f8n. Drengen bliver f\u00f8dt p\u00e5 Vejle sygehus, og han f\u00e5r navnet Klaus G\u00f8gsig Nielsen. Svend f\u00e5r arbejde som mejerist p\u00e5 \u00d8ster lindet mejeri i S\u00f8nderjylland. En del af arbejdet bestod dengang i at pakke sm\u00f8r i dritler der skulle sendes til England.<\/p>\n<p>I sommeren 1949 tager Svend, Ingeborg og Klaus p\u00e5 cykeltur. Turen der var p\u00e5 ca. 700 km. gik blandt andet til \u201dM\u00f8ens Klint\u201d.<br \/>\nMedens de boede i \u00d8ster lindet, arver Svend 2791,20 kr. efter Onkel J\u00f8rgen G\u00f8gsig i Hj\u00f8rring (22\/3 1952).<br \/>\nDe bor i \u00d8ster Lindet i ca. 7 \u00e5r \u2013 dvs. til 1952. Klaus n\u00e5r lige at begynde sin skolegang i \u00d8ster lindet skole, inden de flytter til Strandhuse. Klaus flytter ikke med til strandhuse men kommer til at bo hos sin bedstefar Johannes Petersen i Klarkring, hvor han s\u00e5 kommer til at g\u00e5 i skole.<br \/>\nAlle de sm\u00e5 mejerier blev nedlagt i perioden fra 1945 til 1955. S\u00e5 der ikke l\u00e6ngere brug for s\u00e5 mange mejerister. Svend holdt derfor op med at v\u00e6re mejerist. Han havde sikkert dr\u00f8mt om at han skulle v\u00e6re mejeribestyrer et eller andet sted. Det var jo derfor han tog mejeri uddannelse, men s\u00e5dan skulle det ikke v\u00e6re.<\/p>\n<p>I Strandhuse fik de en gartnerforretning med en lille butik og lidt jord bagved, hvor de dyrkede lidt gr\u00f8nsager. Resten k\u00f8bte de ved gartnernes salgsforening og solgte videre. Det var dengang der var en masse sm\u00e5 forretninger. Senere blev de jo lukket alle sammen.<br \/>\nSenere flytter de til Klarkingvej 34 i Julsminde. Det var her Bedstefar (Johannes Petersen) og bedstemor (Kirstine Marie Petersen) boede.<br \/>\nSvend d\u00f8de den 3. marts 1982, og Ingeborg d\u00f8de den 7. februar 2004.
